Duties and Responsibilities
1. Set goals/target for the team members.
2. Take up existing projects and optimize them by closely working with the product team.
3. Handle general operations which includes daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags and daily reporting.
4. Analyze training needs and provide training.
5.Collect feedback on a regular basis and resolve any issues
6.Monitoring the team performance to achieve the Goals
7. Mentor and motivate the student workforce. Demonstrate strong people engagement skills.
8. Suggest improvements in processes at every level in operations.

2. Proven ability in driving tightly controlled operational metrics
3. Strong process orientation & business accumen
4. You should have good people management, team building and program management skills.
5. Strongly inclined to do high quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment.
6. Higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.
7. Relevant educational qualification.
8. Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
